These terms cover your membership, classes, sparring and fight nights at Wrestler Fight Academy, and your use of this website. By joining the roster or training with us, you agree to them.
Please read the sections on sparring and liability carefully — combat sports carry a real risk of injury.

Membership
Memberships are personal and can’t be shared or transferred. You must be 16 or over to join as an adult member; juniors aged 8–15 need a parent or guardian to sign up on their behalf.
Your first week is free. Your plan starts on the day of your first paid session.

Payments
Plans are billed monthly in advance by direct debit or card, and prices include VAT. If a payment fails we’ll retry it once, and access may be paused until it clears.
We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

Freezing and cancelling
You can freeze your membership for up to eight weeks a year, free of charge, for injury, illness or travel.
There’s no minimum term. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice by emailing hello@wrestler.gym.

Health and safety
Tell your coach about any injury or medical condition before training. Follow coach instructions at all times, wear the protective kit we ask for, and stop immediately if you feel unwell.
We may refuse training to anyone we believe is unfit to train safely.

Sparring
Sparring is optional and always supervised. You’ll only spar with partners matched by weight, age and experience, and only after your coach has cleared you.

Fight nights
Places on fight cards are offered at our coaches’ discretion after at least three months of training and a coach assessment. Bouts are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body, a medical check and a weigh-in.
Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled.

Conduct
Respect your training partners, coaches and the facility. Violence outside supervised training, bullying, discrimination or unsafe behaviour will lead to immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Liability
Combat sports carry an inherent risk of injury. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries that result from the normal risks of training. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Lost property
Please use the lockers provided. We’re not responsible for personal belongings left in the gym, and unclaimed items are donated after 30 days.

Content on this website is for information only and may change. Class times and prices shown here are a guide — the timetable in the gym is always the final word.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top of this page and email members about significant changes.
